COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat from frozen state.

Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F, place frozen wings on a cooking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Microwave: Place on microwave safe dish. Heat for 2 to 3 minutes on high until thoroughly heated.

Note: Appliances vary, all times are approximate, always cook to an internal temperature of 165° F.
